In 2003, we noticed the industry was declining. Our research found that various glass companies provided poor customer service and inferior quality in their repairs. Most glass companies’ employees lacked the necessary training to complete an installation following the Federal Vehicle Safety Standards.
Inspired to do to better, Blue Star Glass™ owner Omid Rafat, who appreciates quality work, decided to do something no one had ever done at this level. He was able to grow a successful glass company with an uncompromising desire for perfection, an attitude that continues to this day.
